Our Maui Farm Story

The farm is a very special place to me.  It is where I grew up and I have seen it grow to the farm it is today.  All the salads or food with vegetables at the restaurant are from the farm.  The fertile volcanic soil makes them perfect.

Chefs of Aloha

The chefs at the restaurants and at the farm are all great people.  They have been very nice to me since I was a baby and they make delicious food.
