Maui Tomato Bowl Recipe
- 1 cup of Jasmine rice
- 1 Tomato cubed
- 1/5 cup of sliced Maui onions
- 1 finely chopped garlic clove
- a dash fish sauce
- a drizzle of balsamic vinegar
- pinch of sea salt
- Mix all the wet ingredients together and blend well.
- Add tomato, garlic and onion and soak for a few minutes
- Serve on top of hot rice and enjoy!
